3. User Obligations and Acceptable Use
3.1 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username, password, and M3U playlist URL. You must not share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your subscription. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
3.2 Personal Use Only
StarShare IPTV subscriptions are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our service or content without express written authorization through our official reseller program.
3.3 Device Limitations
Each subscription is limited to the number of simultaneous connections specified in your chosen plan. Exceeding these limits may result in service interruption or account suspension.
3.4 Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in any of the following activities:
- Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or circumvent security measures
- Using automated systems or bots to access the service
- Downloading or recording copyrighted content for redistribution
- Sharing account credentials or M3U URLs publicly
- Using VPNs or proxy servers that violate content licensing restrictions

- Harassing or abusing our support staff
4. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
4.1 Subscription Fees
All subscription fees are clearly stated on our pricing page and must be paid in advance. Prices are subject to change, but any price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal. 4.2 Billing and Renewal

4.3 Refund Policy

4.4 No Refunds For
- Change of mind after activating the subscription
- User error in device configuration or app installation
- Internet connection issues on the user's end
- Account suspension due to terms violations
- Specific channel or content unavailability
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All content provided through StarShare IPTV, including but not limited to channels, programs, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. The Company does not claim ownership of content provided by third-party broadcasters and content providers.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content through our service for personal use only. This license does not include any right to download, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our service or content.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our service, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination and Suspension
8.1 Termination by User
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the service until that date. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods unless covered by our refund policy.
8.2 Termination by Company
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent payment or chargeback
- Sharing account credentials publicly
- Abusive behavior toward support staff
- Use of service for illegal activities
- Extended inactivity (for free trial accounts)
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data. We are not obligated to provide refunds for terminated accounts that violated our terms.
9. Geographic Restrictions and Compliance
Our service may be subject to geographic restrictions based on content licensing agreements. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of StarShare IPTV complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

10. Technical Requirements and Support
To use StarShare IPTV, you must have a compatible device, internet connection, and IPTV player application. Minimum recommended specifications include:

11. Reseller Program Terms
